At BritBrick Construction, we welcome apprentices of all ages, providing support as they progress towards professional and trade competence. Our programme combines practical work related tasks that develop essential skills and knowledge with short courses. Training is conducted on a day release and block release basis through local colleges, typically over a period of 3 to 5 years.
As an apprentice, you will work daily alongside a qualified mentor and receive guidance from your line manager. Our Learning and Development department will support you throughout your apprenticeship and beyond

How long will an apprenticeship take?
Our trade apprenticeships typically span 2-3 years. Our higher degree apprenticeships usually extend over 3-5 years.

How many hours will I work?
You will be expected to work 39 hours per week, which includes a day spent at college or university.

How old do I have to be?
To apply for an apprenticeship with us, you must be at least 16 years old. There is no upper age limit for apprenticeships

What will I be paid?
What will I be paid?A first-year Trade apprentice earns approximately £1,066 per month based on a 39-hour workweek.Salaries for our Higher Degree apprenticeships are competitive and vary depending on experience and degree progress. As you gain experience and qualifications, your monthly salary will increase.
